EMM Investments seeks to invest in asset intensive companies in the lower-middle market. We enter into secured debt transactions that are structured to capitalize on the value of underlying hard assets.

Our strategy focuses on hold-to-maturity with participation across various debt instruments throughout the capital structure. We have the flexibility and experience to tailor our financing to the needs of each company.

Investment Criteria:

• Companies with more than $5 million in EBITDA
• Asset intensive companies
• Term of up to 72 months
• Flexible amortization profile
• Strong management team and business prospects
